2 main bolts each side that you have to get to from up underneath and behind the bumpers and remove the nuts for. you may also have to remove the inner fender plastic junk and any sort of splash guard. oh, and also a bracket from the frame to the edge of the bumper both front and rear, sort-of a stabilizing bracket.
