Rear Bumpers #313010 09/08/03 09:38 PM

I am looking for the rear bumper that has the integrated quarter panel protection. I have seen these on several rigs but cannot seem to find any built this way for sale
Are these custom or am I just looking in the wrong place?

All-Pro Off Road makes a wrap around bumper:

4Crawler Off Road makes a square version:

I am sure that Off Road Solutions in Wheat Ridge could make you something custom too if neither of the others are what you are looking for.

I like the all-pro but want to keep my spare where it is for now Any other makes that look same but will allow spare in stock location?

I realize a custom-built bumper isn't what you're looking for, but here's a couple pics of mine in case anyone is looking to build one:

Whatever bumper you build or buy, you need to brace it right here so it won't smash into the body. I sold the all-pro rear bumper I had on here right after the 12" bob, but it had pushed over into the body and dented both sides. The allpro would have been easy to gusset with a piece of angle iron or the like going under the body. Since mine is up higher to protect the sides better, I went through the body:

Rockware did right by me. I went with square stuff rather than tube, but they do all sorts of stuff.

The ORS guys are super cool and I can't imagine they turn out anything less than the best, give them a look as Harry said.

If I was afraid to dent it, I wouldn't wheel it. Exos get hung up too much and add too much weight.

TNTOY, what kind of bender did you use to make that? Did you use a notcher too? I want to build some bumpers, but on the cheap. I only got basic hand tools and a grinder.
