What're you gonna bend it with? I'd either get a jd-squared ( www.jd2.com ) or protools 105 bender ( www.polyperformance.com or www.rockbuggysupply.com). the 1.75 die is the first one I'd grab.

For notching, either spend on the notcher or use a grinder/chop saw/ plasmacutter/ whatever you have to do it. A rear bumper is only gonna have half a dozen notches, really. For 90* notches (which is all that's in most rear bumpers) just get a good bi-metal hole saw the same size as the tubing and chuck it in a drill press. Clamp the tube to the press's table and have at it. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
