Body Damage is Cool
Mine is custom, but still... Maybe you can get some ideas from it.

What're you gonna bend it with? I'd either get a jd-squared ( www.jd2.com ) or protools 105 bender ( www.polyperformance.com or www.rockbuggysupply.com). the 1.75 die is the first one I'd grab.

For notching, either spend on the notcher or use a grinder/chop saw/ plasmacutter/ whatever you have to do it. A rear bumper is only gonna have half a dozen notches, really. Personally I can't wait until I can get a plasma cutter. The ultimate notching/cutting/fabbing tool.

For 90* notches (which is all that's in most rear bumpers) just get a good bi-metal hole saw the same size as the tubing and chuck it in a drill press. Clamp the tube to the press's table and have at it.

Need a Spot
You might give Badlands a try. They make a rear bumper that is similar to All Pro's. I have one on my 85 pick up and was able to keep the spare in the stock location. I'm very happy with it.

CRK, very nice too! How do you guys get away without tag lights? It is Illegal here not to have them.

CRK, is your bumper custom? I'm interested in one if it isn't or another can be made!
