I'd think you'd have to use a NON-CV driveshaft.

With a CV shaft, the pinion has to be pointed at the t-case, which isn't going to happen w/ an offset diff.

With a non-CV shaft, the flanges just need to be parallel, which can happen w/ an offset diff...
