Ok, let's set dinner date for May 4th. Meet between 3:00 and 4:00 in Long Beach.

I was thinking it would be best to find a place close to the 405 to minimize confusion.
I'm going to check out a couple of places close to the 405 today (Baja Fresh & and
another place by the airport) since I'll be in that area. Is Mexican Ok with Cinco De
Mayo the following day?

Frank, I know you said you couldn't go wheeling the 4th (whipped?), but what
about dinner (show up and say to her, what are all these guys doing here)?

Uncle Corn Cob Jim, sorry for the way I talk. I lived in Dallas for 7 years, and I guess
some of that crap rubbed off. I think you're right about the Big Bear run, with
bypasses, I think everyone should be able to make it thru.

Todd, I looked at your web page and I agree, we DO NOT use your Toy as a gauge.
Maybe you should be point-man. That way I know there is someone in front that
can tow my ass thru.

Sorry Mike, with Frank dropping out on wheeling the 4th, you're all alone, although
Anthony mentioned the 5th.

Triple, Triple, Triple Matt, we won't say a word.

Everyone, I think with all the responses popping up, it would be great to plan this
kind of stuff 2 to 3 times a year. This way if you can't make one, you can always
catch the next. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

The trails on the 18th sound good to me. The 4th will find me chasing lizards in Nevada in a Su-burp-an, if you can imagine that. Should be nice weather up high in mid-May, too.

Bob, the 4th works for me in Long Beach, 'round 3-ish?

The resturaunt I'm thinking about isn't all that big, but I think it will work if we don't come up with a better solution. It isn't all that far from the 405 either, just exit at Lakewood, head west to the traffic circle (Los Coyotes Diagonal), then south on PCH. It's called Pancho's and is on the left side as you're going south. Like I said, we don't have to be locked into this place, just a sugguestion. There is also Polly's on what, Clark (near the North Police Station)?
