Folks, i was at the stealer picking up my seat belt receptacle when one of the guys asked me if i saw the new kit TRD came out with, the 7th injector, went to TRD's site and they sure did make a kit, no specs though, very pricey too. Anybody out there know of this and any details please share. thanks.

Yep, they have a 9th injector on the V8 SC to add a little more fuel when needed. I guess they got smart and did the same for the V6. I think it solves the lean out problem.

Yup, $1300 is right, but will i get my performance they talk about, who knows, but i still want to find out more about the mod, if it does what i hope it does and interfaced the way it should i might just jump off the bridge and do it. I have been real happy with the supercharger so far so i am interested what else TRD has done for my truck to take my money. I guess if i do it i will definately keep it. I don't drink, gamble or otherwise so i must find a vice for throwing away money. Oops i forgot i am a pilot. Oh well. there you go. OK, I give up. What is a "7th injector"? How does it work? And why does it cost $1,300? Never mind, having the pop-up blocker on made it hard to find the info on the TRD site : http://www.trdusa.com/TRDSupercharger/3.4LiterInjection.htm

So, is ther another port for this injector? What does the kit involve? I could see getting a 97 motor/ECU/harness and swapping it for my 95' motor when the time comes. Ofcourse, (ahem) if Mr SuperPicky still has his T100... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/nana.gif" alt="" />
