2 choices now, machine shop and have them handle the whole removal and redo which by far is the easiest considering it took over a week to get the heli-coil and to find the right tap when me and a buddy it.
Or get out the vise-grips and or shape whats left of the bolt if anything is sticking up and work it out. Two turns in followed by 2-1/2 turns out and repeat for a few hours till shes completely out.

I vote for #1. Shouldnt be too expensive...biggest PIA will be pulling the motor. But look at it this way...experience is the #1 to gain knowledge and a few more of these and we can play mechanic swinging with the same handicap! Hope you is familiar with golf terms hehehe.
As I said before....schidty situation but its a great way of learning a lesson or two. Unavoidable too I might add...wasnt your fault. Dang that Doc Yoda anyhows!!!
