well, the rates are someting close to 360-something lbs per inch for the fronts and 160-something lbs per inch for the rears. the fronts are about 4.5 outer diameter, but the wire is more like 15mm thick, so that puts the inner diameter about 3.25 or something. anyway, the free height of the stock coils is like 11 inches or so, maybe slightly more while the 4" lifted coils were about 13-13.5" free height. the rears are 11-12mm thick but not sure on the free heights.
