I just happen to have a set of OE fronts and rears sitting beside me (funny about that!)

Fronts: 338 mm long, 14.4 mm thick, overall 119 mm metal diameter, 8 turns with 15 mm overlap.

Rears: 265 mm long, variable metal dia from 8.3 mm to 14.4 mm, overall diameter max 164 mm (belly) minimum diameter internal (ends, to fit around bumpstops) 48 mm, 8 turns no overlap.

Can you handle it all in metric???

Hi Gary,

Metric is no problem. Unfortunatly, the springs that I can get are only about 300mm free length and have 12 turns. The ones with a high enough spring rate for lift would not give enough articulation since the coils would touch too soon. Could you post pictures so I could see how the ends are configured? It would help next time I go to the junk yard.

Thanks,
