A few weeks ago I was cleaning under my truck, and I wiped a pretty big chunck of grease, mud, who knows what, off the inner part of my front axel. The chunk of crap was on the half ball part of the axle, you know where the knuckle turns. Anyways I went inside, and when I went to leave about 30 min later. There was a stream of gear oil flowing down my driveway. It was coming out of the spot on the axel that the chunk of crap was.

So now the front axel wont hold gear oil. Anyways im moving this week and need to know if it will damage anything to drive the truck about 20 miles to my new house. With little to no gear oil in the axle. Im not planning on driving any farther. I just need to get the truck moved.

Knuckle rebuild questions comming soon.......

No, you won't hurt anything. It's your front axle, so unless your T-case is in 4wd OR you have the hubs locked, nothing up there is turning while you drive.
