I can't believe that there is no post about the ride.

For those of you that did not make it, you missed some good times.

The wheeling on this trip was very light to accomendate a good number of stockers that attended. It was very enjoyable with good company, sights, and cheer.

The demo that Kajo put on with is shortened 1st gen was really something. He went through a ditch that I was sure we were going to have to winch him out of, but that thing of his just kept going and going and going.

There are some links to pictures on the VA chapter of TTORA

www.TTORA-VA.com if you all want to check them out.

It was a really good turn out for the short notice of the date. Thanks to Kajo for kicking it off!

It is now time to start planning dates and locations for the EC4RJ this spring. Lets get started!!

Like damn, folks are coming up with some wild excuses. Hell one guy said he had to go get laid so he could not wheel...

Yes, it was good times indeed. We need some harder Obstacles. However, when I was leading Fatty and my friend on Sunday on the loop trails, I kind of got us lost and found a nice rock pile hill climb. There was a fallen tree in the way but it could be cleaned up pretty easily.
Thanks for the ride down that one dirt hill Gadget. Glad I wasn't the only one that was sweating a little comming down .

Next time I camp and hang out for the beer telling stories, but I had to meet some friends (one of which was trying to bring his 78 fj on 35's down but had no tow rig).

here are some more pics. I had a great time and my son loved it. I wish I would have gotten more pictures but when you are driving and watching a 5 year old pictures are the last thing on your mind.

Thanks for the remarks on the runner Gadget.

George Washington Nation Forest in VA. Look 33 west of Harrisonburg (central VA) off of 81. Beautiful scenery, mild wheeling.

sweet pics corran (which truck were you in). I just relized you snapped a pic of old dude that said he used to do that last hill climb in 2wd. What a man. I wonder if he was related to that guy in the Ford Explorer . LOL
