I see a couple of issues here. 1) 39K on a '94. Are you sure? 2) If so, the front end should be nearly mint.
Look around under the truck, look for anything worn smooth &/or shiny. Grab onto everything that you can and give it a good push/pull/twist. Hope you find the problem before dropping $425.
