I think I now have enough to make a good decision. For the price (and the peace of mind) he is hard to beat. And for brakes, if you are just turning the rotors and getting new pads that is fine, but if you have to buy new rotors consider getting vented FJ-40 rotors and using brake calipers from an 86+ IFS truck for better fade resistance and more stopping power. Quick question on the brake upgrades - are the rotors and calipers you suggest direct bolt-ons? If the answer is no I'll search through the archives here to see if I can find all the pertinent info so you don't have to retype it. I was not familiar with the difference in rotors until I saw it mentioned on All-Pro's website this morning.
