Surely you have something better to be doing than going back over this point by point.When something happens to a persons car or truck like that it is very upsetting especially when you just get it out of the shop.He wasn't attacking you personally.Just venting alittle.4 wheel parts is not immune to error and that is something I do know 1st hand.
