Hi, everybody!

I recently purchased a 2000 Trooper 4x4 with less than 26K miles on it. I'm interested in getting it set up so that when I move out west (hopefully early next year), I'll be ready to do some exploring in it without having to sweat too much.

So, at the risk of being inundated with dozens of answers, what can you tell me about lift kits, skid plates, CB Radios, Lights, Racks, etc.

Oh...and please be gentle! to me "4x4" means 16. I'm a newbie to the whole off-roading thing, not just the site! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/notooth.gif" alt="" />
