what kinda lift did it have? Some longer coils or spacers or both in the rear & a t-bar crank in the front? Or did it have something else .

As I remember, it was all ARB and OME suspension stuff. The owner, who is now the sales manager for Hannibal, used to work at ARB.
I don't remember the bullbar and winch, but we are still just past the six months that constitutes short term memory for we old geezers.
He had an ARB locker in the rear, but nothing in the front. I ran Cliff Hanger with him, Houlster and Randii (in a rented Jeep). Michael Clark was Randii's on-board spotter. Sort of a staff run, but not really. I think that my rig performed marginally better on that trail, although the trail basically kicked both of our butts.

Jim, what mods did you have on yours then? Just trying to get an idea what the trail would be like (never been to Moab).

I run a '91 Trooper with 32 X 11.50s Wild Country Mud Terrains. My engine is a GM Performance 3.4 with a Holley TBI and bored manifold.
Rear springs are DOR spring ungrade, DOR skidderz, DOR shackles. In the front I have Sway a Way torsion bars painted DOR yellow, a ball joint flip with DOR spacers.
I also have DOR boulder bars and a custom DOR rear bumper. I have an ARB bullbar on front.
I have a factory LSD which can still be coaxed into working after 200K miles.
While Cliff Hanger is rated a 4.5, I personally considered it the toughest 4.5 in Moab in the sense that it requires the most from the vehicle. Some of the 4.5s require a lot of nerve on the part of the driver, such as White Knuckle Hill. Personally I don't think that it should be run with less than 33s and a locker.

[SNIP] ...a no show for Isuzu Corp. either Maybe they got stuck over at the funeral home, making the final arrangements and picking out the casket. I was really looking forward to hearing about all of the fervently active Isuzu representation at the show... but alas, I guess it was just wishful thinking on my part. --- In any case, I hope you guys had a blast, and made lots of good contacts. Six Isuzus, so far... still have three of them.

Ya, just got back from the new England Auto Show in Boston. No Isuzu.
It's not like they have a freakin NEW D.I. ENGINE to show off!
I bet somewhere some business classroom is using this company as a bad example.
