Do a search... lots of posts about this very subject. Hella and Piaa are probably going to get the most votes, though Piaa are generally quite a bit more expensive than Hella. KC, IPF, and Catz might also get honorable mentions are are also good.

It all depends on how big a light you want, round or rectangular, and how much you want to spend.

Hella 500s and 550s are pretty popular, and can be purchased for ~$70.

Don' get the Hella foglights that are made for the 4runner bumpers, OEM style, they are CRAP. Do a search, very few people are happy with these really expensive low quality pieces of junk.

Very true. There is only a hand full of people who like the stock fog lights that come with the 3rd generation 4runner. I am one of them. I actually took my stock lights and put them on my ARB bumper. I guess i am one of the lucky ones b/c mine have worked fine an have had NO corrosion.

If you do ever decide to get a set of hellas, my experience is they will replace the housing for free if you contact their corporate headquarters. Another good thing about the stock hella lights is the replacement bulb (100Watt) only cost about $4 at Wal-Mart.

Roll Me Over
remember, even the $20 walmart fog lights will do the job, if you MOUNT THEM CORRECTLY.

if you mount a $100 PIAAs high up on the front, that doesnt do jack, other than act as vehicle jewelry.

mount them as low as possible and they will function as FOG LIGHTS...
