Only the rear axle seals are "common" to be replaced. That's amazing that you've managed to have all that damaged or destroyed. I've driven my 2000 Toyota dang hard (about 85K miles now) and haven't had anywhere close to that number of problems. How did most of those even get destroyed on yours? I'm still on the original rack and pinion steering even with 33" tires, dual lockers, and lots of hard off-roading.
