You can. But it will require lots of $$ and someone in Japan willing to export. Anything is possible with enough cash.

Apparently someone in the state of Mass. has some of them already ! Maybe, somehow, someone could run those two Mass. state plate numbers and find out who they are and how they got the Japanese stuff?? I have no idea how illegal that might be?

That site was last updated in 2001. Those plates might not even be in use any more. Also unless someone imported a right hand drive Troop those plates might just be pasted on there.

Michael There was someone at the vmag forum who was doing this a year ago and I got the Bighorn OEM rack mount(uses the ski rack holes) for Gutter style racks. It was very pricey but for me, I wanted something I could remove the racks(lots of low parking garages here in NY), but I was not a fan of door mounted rack kits so it was worth it for me. That guy is MIA now so that contact is gone. The pic of that Trooper with the Bighorn stuff is a guy from edmunds message board. He was in Japan and bought it from a dealer when he was there. Con

If you look at the prices on that catalog, they're quite expensive. (Divide by 118 to convert to $.) Shipping from Japan can be high, also. I've ordered from Japanese dealer once, but they could not ship to outside of Japan. They said that Isuzu won't allow dealers to export. I had to ask my wife to bring something back once, and I got stiffer tie rods when I was there last time.

The one that really caught my eye was the front grill incert. I been kicking around an idea to make one just like the one they offer. I really think all the Dodge's and Ford's I see with that sorta front grill really looks cool. To bad you cant buy them for Troopers over here .
