They are easy to adjust, just make sure the front wheels are off the ground and the jacks on the frame. Lubricate the bolts very well before you start turning them. It may require an uneven amount of turns to compensate for driver side excess droop. Mark the bolts so you know how many turns you perform.

Also, you need a tire alignment after major changes to the bars.
