Getting the Wheeling Fever
Jim Brink,

Hay man I just moved out here for the summer.
I live in Torrance, CA.
Got some questions for you.
How far is Rubicon from us?
IS there good trails at Big Bear?
Are there any other trails near us?
And when are we going to hit them??

Later

Jim doesn't wheel anymore No time for it
There are good trails in Big Bear and locally as said in previous posts. Rubicon is about 10 hours from you. Hook up with Anthony1. He's a real wheeler

Hahahahahaha. As I recall, Anthony backed out of the last wheeling trip because he had to go to Hawaii or some lame excuse. Damn pineapple head...Mahalo! I was there, and Danny has proof! He even helped me get un-stuck. That Danny, what a trooper, and he even cooks weenies

Robert, welcome. There are all sorts of places to go, from mild to wild. It all depends on the terrian you want and the distance and time that you want to travel. Ol' Miller Jeep Trail, while kinda mundane, has a few neat spots and is in a pretty setting. It's a great trail to get out of the city, yet it won't eat up the whole weekend. Big Bear has lots of little trails, and you can spend days exploring all of the roads and trails and even wind up in the desert below if you like.

We'll plan something here soon. Maybe we need to have another local meet n' greet and put together another trail run when the Jeeper's Jamboree isn't in town
