Rear window troubleshooting tips.

The engine and tranny problems may be related, engine temperature related, its running cold and the ECU is richening up the mixture and the A/T ECU is restricting the shifting to warm up the engine as well. Maybe bad thermostat or one of the engine temp senders is bad, giving false temp readings to the various ECUs. And last but not least, it may be the infamous throttle position sensor. Check eveything out before throwing lots of parts at it.
