If true, your tcase should bolt right up. But I'm not going to say Harry is wrong either - I just don't know. I'd call Marlin! Never mind, I was mistaken. I thought that Marlin sold different adapters for the R150F used behind the 3.0L versus the R150F used behind the 3.4L. According to Marlin's newly redesigned website they use the same adapter.
