I just got them installed today, and I have about 10+ miles
of freeway experience so far.

I switched from Yokohama Geolander AT+II 225/75-16
load range D to Dunlop Radial Rover RVXT 265/70-16
load range C. All differences I noticed are due to the
size difference, most probably. Dunlops are:

1. Much more comfortable than Yokos
2. Have less directional stability than Yokos
(but better than OEM)
3. No so sharp steering response as with Yokos
(but still better than OEM)
4. About the same aggressive tread as on Yokos
5.Seems like I lost some small chunk of power due to the
new tire size and weight.

Dunlops do have the snowflake symbol on them, so they can
be used as traction tires for winter.

My SUV looks great with Dunlops and visually much
higher now. Dunlops are at least 1" larger than Yokos
(which, in turn, were slightly larger than OEM 245/70-16).

265/70-16 tires fit ideally into the 2 gen Rodeo with 1"
of "lift". I did not have to do any trimming to fit
these tires. Seems like the 2 gen Rodeo was designed
exactly for this size of tires.

So, Dunlops have two significant advantages over Yokos:

1. Dunlops have much broader choice of sizes and load
ranges. Yokos are great tires but it is difficult to find
proper size/load for the Rodeo. They are eighther too heavy
or too light for the Rodeo. To the contrary, Dunlops
have the best range of sizes/loads for the light trucks.

2. Dunlops have the snowflake symbol.

Everything else looks about the same.

When I'll be offroad, I'll post more impressions.
