Have you modified the stock turbo? Innovative Turbo supposedly does good work. Are you planning to drop in a Lexus AFM and 550 injectors at some point? When properly tuned, that ought to get you to your goal. The stock turbo elbow is also pretty restrictive, but if you don't want quicker spooling it's better to leave it like that.
