I just spoke with my local dealership about two months ago about 60K mile service. I left with my head reeling from sticker shop... closer to $1000.
I can check my service manual at lunch today but I remember the timing belt being due at 60K (however the shop manager said that since the 3.5l is not an intereference engine a broken timing belt would mostly just leave you stranded.

Change timing belt The biggest portion...approx $500
Change all fluids and filters, oil, air, Transmission, transaxle, differentials, radiator etc.
Repack bearings,
Inspect everything..spark plugs & wires, brakes, etc
As the shop manager read through the list nearly everything I could (or was willing to)do myself except the timing belt and tensioner. saving nearly $500 in the process.
