Getting the Wheeling Fever

The one I bought last year had a problem, which my dad's mechanic solved by installing a used '87 complete axle (with new brake pad and turned drums). But another '86 has come into my life, and I don't want similar troubles, so I was looking up that crushable sleeve thing which is the only problem I remember about the '86 diff.

2x '88 2.6L Troopers (one for parts)
'86 2.3L Trooper
'99 Acura SLX
