I must tell you all im not much of a cook BUT i can cook when need-be. One of my favorite meals is BBQ pork steaks, not much to it just to do it!

It's only myself and my g/f (and she's not a large meat eater) so we start with one large or moderately large pork steak

Add the following seasonings diligently (cant spell either)
Garlic Salt, Seasoning Salt, Mrs. Dash (original) and finally McCormick's Broil Steak seasoning salt (this has various peppers ect)

After i add all the spices i throw it on the grill (or george foreman depending on what time of year it is) I usually use Krafts "Brown Sugar" BBQ sauce or any sauce is fine of course, kraft's Brown Sugar is GREAT and its also thick so when it heat's up it'll still stay on the steak and cook with it not sliding off, i usually cook it for around 8-10 min's depending on how thick the port steak is (note: everytime i turn it i rub more BBQ sauce on it to get the full flavor!) Also as an added secret of mine i like to make little slices into the steak while it is cooking and rub the BBQ sauce into the cuts, it gives it much more flavoring

Sounds like alot of work but infact only takes maybe 15 min's at most, i usually bake a potato with it or maybe fry up some potato's with bacon and onions, hit's the spot everytime!
