9 x 13 pan, browning bag
Oven at 325 dg
1 lb each diced up potatoes, carrots, and 1/2 medium onion
4-6 pork chops
Can cream of mushroom soup

Lay pork chops in browning bag, which you layed into the pan. Arrange vegies on top. Spoon soup over vegies; add 1/2 can water.

Close bag and poke 4 vent holes in it per bag instructions

Cook in oven until chops are done and meat is tender.
