I cant stand being in the kitchen for very long, when I am hungry I want to eat NOW. And if I cook it has to be easy, so that I dont make too much of a mess.

Easy Tuna Casserole
Poke a small hole in a bag of potato chips to let the air out, then smash the chips into small pieces. Cook a bag of curly pasta. Prepare a package of white sauce, you will also need a can of tuna, frozen peas and canned mushrooms.

In a small bake pan (spray with pam or butter it) layer the potato chips on the bottom and side of pan as a crust, then layer on the pasta, tuna, peas, mushroom, white sauce, then a layer of potato chips on top. Bake for about 20 minutes at 325.

Local Style Favorite- "chicken katsu"

Boneless chicken thighs cut so they lay flat. Roll em in corn starch, then dip em in a couple of beaten eggs, then roll em in bread crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown, then serve with oriental "katsu" sause to dip em in. You can also dip in ketchup or BBQ sauce if you prefer.
