Nuther one.

9 x 13 pan, browning bag
Oven at 325 dg
1 lb each diced up potatoes, carrots, and 1/2 medium onion
4-6 pork chops
Can cream of mushroom soup

Lay pork chops in browning bag, which you layed into the pan. Arrange vegies on top. Spoon soup over vegies; add 1/2 can water.

Close bag and poke 4 vent holes in it per bag instructions

Cook in oven until chops are done and meat is tender.

Use soup for your gravy over the stuff. Good little rib-sticker. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Aren't we domestic sons-of-guns?
Feel your (hunger) pains, wifezilla calls the stove "that hot thing in the corner". If I relied on her to cook I'd starve. I might have to try some of the afore mentioned meals...

I cant stand being in the kitchen for very long, when I am hungry I want to eat NOW. And if I cook it has to be easy, so that I dont make too much of a mess.

Easy Tuna Casserole
Poke a small hole in a bag of potato chips to let the air out, then smash the chips into small pieces. Cook a bag of curly pasta. Prepare a package of white sauce, you will also need a can of tuna, frozen peas and canned mushrooms.

In a small bake pan (spray with pam or butter it) layer the potato chips on the bottom and side of pan as a crust, then layer on the pasta, tuna, peas, mushroom, white sauce, then a layer of potato chips on top. Bake for about 20 minutes at 325.

Local Style Favorite- "chicken katsu"

Boneless chicken thighs cut so they lay flat. Roll em in corn starch, then dip em in a couple of beaten eggs, then roll em in bread crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown, then serve with oriental "katsu" sause to dip em in. You can also dip in ketchup or BBQ sauce if you prefer.

I can't cook worth <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif" alt="" />. I'm like that dude on the Carl's Jr commerical, poking at the meats in the frozen section, "because, some guys would starve without us." <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I can cook steak(on the grill) but I'm not the greatest at it, top ramon (broke college student favorite <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />), and hard boiled eggs.

Are you all proud of me <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/butwiggle.gif" alt="" /> ?

Brown 1-1.5 lbs of ground turkey or beef or sausage. Warm 1 big jar of Ragu, or spag. sauce, add 2 or 3 chopped jalapenos and anything else that you like in sauce, simmer for a while(dump it all in the pan with the browned meat). Boil 1 lb of any pasta (preferably any short kind). Drain pasta, dump pasta into pan with sauce/meat, mix. Eat for a week.
