He11 yeah! That's one of my favorites, I make it about 5 different ways though. My most common way:
ground beef, onions, garlic, 1 packet chili seasoning, brown beef add other stuff simmer for 30 minutes, throw in a pan with 2 cans of whole kernel corn and top with canned biscuits (not too bad) or with jiffy corn muffin mix (the bomb!) and bake until the topping is nicely browned. Man that's some good eats :-)

One more favorite, cheesecake, easy as pie!
Two packages neufchatel cheese or regular cream cheese softened
two eggs
one tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup of sugar
anything else you like in cheesecake (orange or lemon zest plus one or two orange/lemons worth of fresh squeezed juice is good)
pour that sucker into a premade graham cracker crust and bake ti for 45 mins-1 hour at ~400*
Open up some pie cherries (if you like them) and load it up, eat the heck out of it! It'll put some meat on your bones, tastes great too!

p.s you guys and gals know I am going to print this thread out and try a whole bunch of new stuff out! Maybe we should get this one stickied, it could be added to forever :-)
