Second that on the magnaflow. No annoying drone, nice a throaty, but I can still sneak into the neighborhood at 2 am and hop in the sack without even stirring the wife.

Anyone have anything besides Flowmaster and Dynomax. what is the best muffler and new diameter piping for a 3.0 engine?
This is the best sounding muffler I have had on my 3.0. I ran a Flowmaster and hated it, to much drone at cursing speed, ran a Thrush, it was ok but burned out real quick. Stock was to quite, Cherry Bomb got smashed up. I have all stock size piping and this heavy duty glass pack, low rumble at idle, not real loud when I am on it but very throaty, not ricey. I got it at a muffler shop the does street rods and low riders.

How is everyone having the Flowmaster mounted. I just purchase a 50 series and am not happy with the installation. I asked that they not hang it behind the back wheel and they did. Also, it seems to me that they use too small of a pipe behind the Flowmaster. They used the same as stock which I believe is 1-7/8.
