I found a 3.4 taco engine and tranny (Auto) down here in Los Angeles area. The current owner is claiming he has everything ECU, AFM, Harness with relays . . . I'm going tomorrow to check it out. I'm not really that happy it's an automatic; I think I read that newer 3.4 engines from an auto do not have the crank drilled for a pilot bearing . and it sounds like an expensive pita to put a t-case on the tranny that comes with this engine to move the front drive shaft to passenger side. The marlin adapter to do this is around $450

Anyway, if I don't buy this and it's all complete, let me know if any of you guys are interested and I'll try to hook you up. It's out of a 2000 TRD edition taco 4x4
