Parking Brake Bell Crank Frozen on my '85 #372093 01/02/04 03:20 AM

Need a Spot

The pass side parking brake bellcrank is frozen/rusted solid on my truck and I'm not sure I'll be able to free it up. Is the bellcrank a dealer only item?
