Let us know what you find out. I am planning on the conversion since I have another stuck exhaust valve(2nd one in 44k miles), and I don't want to fix the 3.0 again. The engine has been good to me except for the damn valves. I was planing to pay the 2k for the kit(seems easier than piecing it in my self), since I already have access to a 3.4 donor rig.
