I have question for you. I've done the replace the contact / clean up the plunger bit on several starters, and had less than stellar long term results. Generally in less than a year I'm back to where I started, clicking and such. Yet if I replace the starter with a rebuilt unit, the problem goes away and stays away for many years. What am I missing?
