I've shipped a few and found that a good heavy cardboard box, just a little larger than the diff works well. Use a scrap of plywood on the bottom and even strap the 3rd to it, then fill the gaps around it with scraps of cardboard to make it a tight fit. Wrap with some good filament strapping tape and its good to go.

If the box is square and under 70 lbs. you'll avoid the $5 "Additional Handling" charge that UPS adds to odd-shaped or heavy items.
