Ok, I keep passing this thing on my way to/from work, and it bothers me to no end that some Toyota nut hasn't snagged this thing up yet! Someone out there has to be looking for a super-clean '87 4runner!

It is an '87 4runner, fully loaded with power windows, clinometer, digital dash (kinda tacky actually), grey with grey interior, factory aluminum wheels, untouched (no cheesy mods), nearly no rust at all, TURBO 22RTE with 105k miles!

The downside - it definitely needs a tune-up, has a funny smell with the AC, doesn't have a sunroof, and is an AUTO (yuck - but all turbo 4runners were).

It is at a small car dealer, and the guy wants $3995 for it - or something like that. It has been there for a while, and he is probably willing to come down.

That just comes to show how overpriced used toyotas are in this country. :-) My bro-in-law is selling his '94 2nd gen hilux surf, factory alloys, rear tire carrier, 1KZ-TE turbo diesel w/ auto tranny, 86K highway miles for about the same price! The AC (R134a) works, too.
