there's not really a usual yet, there aren't enough of us who've done it yet, but i would say most of us have new coils and some have spacers and some have both. new coils are always the best way to go, but it is difficlut to do because you will be without one coil in front and one coil in the rear for the time the coil manufacturer is making them, or about 3 weeks, unless you buy a new front and a new rear coil from the dealer for them to work from (actually the best choice).
