ok, you remove it. what about the tubes? do you bridg them? disconecting the cablle wouldnt throw CEL?

Nah, all it means is that now you'll be able to keep UP with all us OBD-II guys . . .
Just kidding. I don't know. It'd be interesting as hell to see a before and after dyno test.
