Yes, that vac port was properly plugged. The idle jumped a lot when I disconneted the hose to the PCV valve to check it. So I replaced the valve, but it didn't help.

I was thinking maybe my TB needs to be cleaned out? The butterflys are discolored (light tan) & the whole unit looks grubby. Could be it needs to be sprayed down & cleaned.
