I think the sr5 had nicer seats, power windows, other accessories. All pretty much creature comforts. No locking dif. No bilsteins


HUH? SR5 and TRD are completely separate packages that do not overlap at all. TRD has nothing to do with interior or electronics, except the RR Diff Lock switch.

TRD, IIRC, started in '98 and is still available today. Consists of: sticker, diff lock, tires/wheels (which can also be ordered separately), Bilsteins/Tokico gas shocks.
