You can buy replacements at msrecycling.com, carpart.com or any local salvage yard that has a gen I v6.

Before you put the new one on, why not go ahead and re-inforce it using 1/4" plate over that flat section. It will only cost at most $50 to have the two done. And it's a probably cheaper than doing them once their on since welding upside down's gotta be tougher.
