Certainly. I just measured mine.
The integral shroud is about 21" wide and 16" tall, with the actual fan diameter about 16", and the maximum thickness about 4 3/4".
Mine sits just slightly above the water pump pulley (where the stock fan was) due to clearances, but still stays within the radiator's dimensions. It doesn't quite reach the bottom of the radiator, which is better than hanging off.
Assuming it fits within your radiator's dimensions, the only "tricky" part is securing the shroud down so that it doesn't flap around. A little ingenuity and a couple trips to Home Depot will take care of that. I used a strip of 16" steel (Simpson Strong Tie...used for framing) to span the bottom of the radiator, secured to the holes the stock shroud screwed into, then secured the bottom of the Taurus fan's shroud to that.
