I just got done drilling mine using the 1/4" pilot hole and then the 1/4" rod method. I had to torch out the internal webbing, but it was easy, 15 seconds. The bi-metal hole saw cuts fast, almost no forward pressure needed. I did use cutting/tapping oil. I used the gun sight method to check if they were straight, but my holes were a tiny bit off. So I oblonged them with the hole saw a bit and now they line up great. Time to tack weld! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />(tommorrow maybe)
