As long as all of your tires are 265/75/16, you should be okay. I don't think there is going to be a problem with one tire that has goot tread while the others are worn, however, if they are not all the same size tires, I say don't do it!

Of course, you could put the good one on the right rear and then jack it up and burn the tread off of the good one! LOL!
