I did mine this weekend, and did the old pump it out trick that a Mits tech posted once. I was removing that added inline filter anyhow(see trouble post) and had a new hose hanging down anyways. Start the engine, let it pump out the old fluid until it starts spitting. Turn off the engine, add a quart. Repeat. About 3 quarts got it priety cleaned out, and that nice ATF+ red color.
