Please bear in mind too, Michael, that the nature of the moderators job means that if everyone is 'playing nice' there isn't much to do (um, aside from sharing your immense technical knowledge! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />).

I'm sure a lot of it is like any customer service type position...if things are going good, few think to thank you for it. If something gets testy, you can be darn sure you'll get flamed!

So, (as others have done) let me take the time now to thank you and all the moderators for their unpaid work to keep these forums working!

THE RULES have been stated several times (and dusted off and re-presented when necessary) and it seems to me that you are all pretty consistant in holding us to them. I don't think we can ask for more than that!
